In 2022, the Steam Deck jump-started the PC gaming handheld scene, and confidently showed the world that Linux could be leveraged for a smooth and performant gaming experience. A mainstream audience embraced it. Critics applauded its ease-of-use compared to Windows. And now Lenovo validates it all with the world’s first officially licensed handheld powered by SteamOS.

Also, I was downright gleeful over this quote from Lenovo:
"The Legion Go S Powered by SteamOS is a big step forward in freedom of choice for gamers who are looking for an OS that is optimized for handheld gaming.”
By the way, that tiny square underneath the right stick IS a trackpad!
Dave2D says it's "way better than I expected for something so small."
It's worth highlighting that the SteamOS model will cost $100 less than the equivalent Windows 11 model. This is a substantial savings!
@killyourfm Oh interesting. I thought that would have just been a fingerprint sensor.
@killyourfm I've heard that sentence before...
@solarisfire @killyourfm lol. Solid, "thats what she said" setup.
@solarisfire STEPHEN.

@killyourfm I legit thought it was a fingerprint scanner.
@killyourfm Reminds me of the touchpad on the back of a Motorola Backflip, which I have to say even 15 years ago, was a really underappreciated pointing device on that phone.
