Das Leipziger Projekt „Porn Better“ wollte feministische, ethisch produzierte Pornos rezensieren und erhielt dafür 25.000 € Förderung vom Land Sachsen. Ziel: sexuelle Bildung abseits des Mainstreams. Nach Kritik durch die AfD folgte eine Strafanzeige wegen angeblich grob aufdringlicher Darstellungen. Trotz Altersverifikation per Gesichtsscan sah die Staatsanwaltschaft Verstöße gegen den Jugendschutz. Das Verfahren wurde Ende 2024 gegen 500 € eingestellt. Das Team betreibt die Seite nun nebenberuflich weiter.

Germany's largest ISP, Telekom, is now blocking Pornhub's new German domain - most likely forced by the government, with almost no transparency. There’s no public list of blocked sites: It really doesn't seem like censorship is improving here.
