The new crawler is now running and supports request-caching (only query every endpoint once per run) and other protocols than mastodon -> NodeInfo, Statusnet

Now instance-types are also detected (even if it's only pleroma atm)

Additionally the number of known instances seems to be fixed, therefore no duplicates should be counted anymore

There are also a number of small UI-fixes
