I'm working on a #mixtape with sort of a "driving with the top down through a warm spring breeze" vibe and I think this one is essential. An unconventional choice? Yes. The right choice? Also yes! It's the perfect interlude track.
Also, that bassline is as nasty and infectious as "Super Bon Bon" by Soul Coughing...

@killyourfm am in Germany. Just found it used “like new” from a refurb shop for 4,39€ 
. Now to fill up the cart with some games for my pile of shame to save on delivery

@nowherefast Yea... I was just trying to be give it a positive spin. I absolutely know what it's like to have a ton of games lying around and feeling the urge to play all of them... then the guilt that you haven't.
@killyourfm also I still have a flight and a driving simulator in my basement that I have to set up. Inherited them 2 years ago but configuration is really a rabbit hole.

@sharan It's so worth the time. I use Plex and PlexAmp every day and the joy of using them has never faded.

@killyourfm @trezzer i just got my hands on a stationary MD player and some media. Wish it were a portable player though. Shame it never took off, since portable MD players were so much better then discmans.
@nowherefast @killyourfm MD not taking off is a regional view. They were absolutely everywhere in Japan. So much so that you can get them for next to nothing.

@trezzer @nowherefast heh. I wonder if it would be cheaper to source one from Japan somehow instead of doing the overpriced eBay route.
Also, I do get the impression— and it is strictly anecdotal — that MD performed much better in Europe than America
@killyourfm @nowherefast I certainly knew a few people with MD back then in Denmark, but they weren’t a common sight.
