Creative or fun stuff I want (NEED) to do, in no particular order:

1) Start a "Project Backlog" game support group.

2) Collect people's interesting tech and gaming origin stories. Maybe that's a book, maybe that's a podcast?

3) Get back to writing about Linux and open source on a regular basis.

4) Build a new PC (haven't done that for about 8 years)

5) Use nothing but Steam Deck as my daily driver for at least a month. Document the experience.

6) Make more music.

@killyourfm I've done a couple posts on my blog related to #2 lately lol

@killyourfm the color scheme I use is Tokyo Night

@joel @killyourfm Yeah, that color scheme is "the bomb!" Yes, I'm 57 years old and just described something as "the bomb!" 😂

@killyourfm
7) Make Earth spin with half the speed to get 48-hour days ...

It would be great if you prioritize (2) ...

@till HAHA, you get to work on #7, you're much smarter than I am.
And I'll start thinking about #2.

@killyourfm I feel you on number 1.
I had one idea to go through each and every one, play for at least an hour and write a review.

Hard mode would be to do it in alphabetical order.

@aukondk Your idea has been in my head all day.
What if you also limit yourself to a 200 word review. And if you sell yourself on it, commit to revisiting it later beyond that initial hour.

If you honestly don't love it, write it off and move on.

@killyourfm Not that the rest aren't interesting, but I'll especially stay tuned for number 5.🤓

@killyourfm 5 is increasingly becoming a more and more versatile way of doing real work. Obviously the hardware is a limiting factor, but I've already done this for some IT-specific work, both design, development, data science, and administrative work. I would encourage you to try it sometime.

@killyourfm I am up for hearing/seeing any gaming related stuff you want to create, I really enjoy your stuff.
