Thunderbird team is sending me a MacBook Pro M1 16GB for work, and the very first thing I'm going to do with that bad boy is install Asahi Linux on it.

Did anyone try this yet? Have it reached the point where the installer can be used by normies? :D

@killyourfm It's not a good idea. Too much hassle. I have a Macbook Pro with M1 Pro for work and in all honestly MacOS is much better for it.

@dusnm I appreciate the reality check. I might be better off just running Linux VMs with my Parallels license then.

Perhaps using Vagrant?
Although it appears that VMs on Hashicorp got orphaned…
