Having multiple versions of a program installed via the main package manager (homebrew on macOS in my case) and only have a symlink to the currently active version is a very underrated feature in my opinion :02shrug:

Like I can use one version as my main version in my PATH, but all the other versions are there if I need them for compatibility and I can set them in the launch options of my IDE.

And no need version manager for every language like rbenv or nvm :02smile:
